Fingers crossed, this year I will be growing a lot of fruit and veg for our villages local Womens Institute market which is held once a week. There is already an old chap who grows a few odds and sods for them, but they really want someone who can produce a nice collection of different varieties. Of course, this means I have to be ultra orgainsed as, up until now, I have grown the things I like, and it might only mean a couple of 'them', but if I need a kilo of spianch for example, I am going to have to sow a good, healthy row or 3!! EEeekk. I wonder if I am taking on more than I can chew.....

Ah Emmajane, just think of this as another way to get to know your garden better. Go for it, I doubt that you will regret it.

I agree, go for it, and make sure that you keep us posted on how it goes too, ok.
