well, i think you can try to boil some of it and test it...it are better flavored and more tender wen the ice byte it but if you add some (Alf spoon) "bicarbonate di sodium" in the boil water you can have a good idea of the real flaw or. it looks really really happy in your garden! i don't know if you have flower this year because usually polezze are biennial. about avolo nero is not so bad you have planted it now is early here but you just can have bigger plants wen autumn arrive PS i have leave 15 plants for seeds production so soon i have a big bunch of new seeds for everybody! best of luck Emanuele
