Do you think these will survive I think that most of them will right themselves within a week. (Not those that broke right off.)

They do tend to spring back up to a certain degree as well

I can also try to right them manually and fix them by adding some dirt around the plant. Good idea ?

That usually works but as Joseph said, be careful, depending on type of corn it can simply break off. I have some South American corns that when they tip, if one is not very careful they will break in half if grabbed too high on the stalk.
