Just started the book, which came out last year. Looks like tons of info on growing and milling grain, pseudo-grain, beans, and seeds. It's somewhat Vermont-centric. From what I can glean on the web, grain is his passion, while dairy is his paycheck. I recently bought some pounds of Garland Flint from his Butterworks Farm.
