I'm starting a "de colgar" tomatoes seed bank, so I've got plenty of those. Ramallet is how these are known in Mallorca Island (I know of about 200 varieties under that name).
Also have latah and AD corn.

ilex I did not know that there are so many types of tomato de Ramallet, in principle, to me is all one that is. I would love to exchange with you, if you have something interesting for you on my list. Info in PM.. thank you so much for AD I know only that the de colgar from Cordoba and Mallorca differences in colors Tomàquet de penjar mallorquí ..I managed to get, also called ramellet or tomacons (not to be confused with tomatoes branch). These tomatoes are harvested in summer, enristran and left hanging in a cool, dry place, so that is maintained during the winter months, wiping, but without rotting. They are ideal for tomatoes tomato bread. They have a beautiful view, but are juicy, red and tasty.

Tomaco, de colgar, de penjar, del ferro, serengue, de la araña, ramallet ... They are the same thing with one generic name or another depending on the region.
They are probably the most diverse group among tomatoes. Definition is simple: tomato with alc gene intended for long storage at room temperature (which that gene gives). Usually smallish with thick skin as experience shows those keep longer, but in fact, they can be any size, shape, color and any other characteristic. They were a typical family/farm thing with one variety per family/farm, with many farms having 2.
Known for being the best to rub on bread, and many selected for this usage. There are also cooking varieties, even drying ones, fresh usage, or just subsistance tomatoes ( almost impossible to keep dry tomatoes in this region). Many are selected for dry farming and poor conditions.
A universe in itself, with most in critical danger. Spanish best tomato treasure.
