Papavic, I saw Alton Brown's latest FoodNetwork offering, Feasting on Waves yesterday, where he toured the Caribbean sampling native foods. Anguilla was one of the Islands they spent time on and it looked Beautiful. But there was another one with better food it seemed. Jost vanSomethingorother...a bit to the west and apparently very difficult to get to by boat it has so many coral reefs. Just a thought...

I saw that same program, BlueLace. It was filmed a few years ago, I think, because of some of the scenes I saw of venues that no longer are there. But some of the other places he ate, we ate there too. They are really laid back and delightful people on that island. Quaint but very cosmopolitan in some ways, too ... due to it being a British protectorate (if that's the right word). Lucky of us, we have friends who live there year 'round!
