...Marjeta, then you will be able to tell me what they taste like, or better yet, maybe you could send me some fruits to try

Tim, are the seeds for Mrs. Bees and Fruity available for purchase? I would really like to try them, as I don't want to give up on these berries so easily without even giving them a chance... But can they really be eaten raw? They used to be when I owned and operated Peters Seed and Research.... I could not find them there recently.

Honestly, mine taste good raw or my kids wouldn't be all over them with me constantly reminding them 'eat the ripe ones, the ripe ones!' They taste fruity, sweet, not at all bitter, and a bit like a cross between some sort of fruit and slightly like a cherry tomato but only slightly. Assuming they reseed themselves and they are quite good at that, then I'll save more seed next year and send it out to all so you can try this variety for yourself and tell me if I am crazy or not. Tim, I think I have heard of fruity when I was searching for sunberry but I have yet to try the variety. T., if you EVER find some Fruity Garden Huck. please get in touch with me. ...there were a lot of people out in Nevada and Utah that grew and liked them... but I don't have the contact info anymore...
