there is people playing with Mahonia, so a sweeter cultivar is possile. I would definitely give a look there if I was you, as this company has developped with University of Saskatchewan an impressive array of fruit bushes www.dnagardens.com/catalogue.htmAs for juniper berries, I munch on them quite often without any ill effect, and use them in stews. It is pretty hard to envision somebody having a lot of them, really, I kind of use them as breath fresheners, eating them is like eating a TIC TAC, even if you love the taste you don't gobble them by the pound. Munching on them to freshen your breath then on stevia to sweeten your lips will have your girl ( or guy too I guess, but I never tried ;D ) come back for more I should stop here before Lav steps in and makes fun at me She has the knack to spank me verbally....

You know I'm not witty enough for that so I'll just let you live with your freshened fantasies.
I've visted that catalogue before - hard to forget the dna in the web address - but I'll go back.

Have you ever tried growing Indian rhubarb, that has a much better kick to it than Juniper berries- it works almost like the very best colonic irrigation LoL.
