Abominable damp heat and thunderstorms. We had the worst flooding anyone can remember on the allotments on Saturday, and there was another storm in the distance this afternoon. It's still rumbling on, the rain hits us a bit now and then, and I just hope it comes no closer!

Good morning everyone,
Its cloudy and looking like rain here, but WOW, has everything shot up in the past couple days though!!
Its Canada Day here, so hopefully the rain holds off and we have our fireworks tonight.

We haven't had rain for a week or so now, it had gotten hot and very humid, then the last couple of days have been wonderful! Low humidity, temp right now is 70!!! That is just unbelievable for July. I would love to be outside in the flowers, but Charlie is keeping me in the house for now.

we're gonna hit 90F today, 91F tomorrow, and 92F the next day...then we get back to the 70's and thunder-boomers...we could use the rain...

We had 2 days this past week with highs in the 70's! They were calling it a 'slight' cold front. It was very nice--I got a lot done in the garden on both days. Today was in the 90's--a nice change from the 100's!
