Supposed to be over 100 today and one forecaster is saying every day but one(99) for the next 15 will be. And we still haven't had much rain although they have around us. Another independent forecaster who is the most accurate says very hot through the weekend and after that you can't tell for sure. Hopefully be another cool down in a week or so. Jay

Karen, Extreme SW KS. 120 miles straight north of Amarillo,TX. On the OK line and 10 miles from the CO line. This should give you some idea. This whole area went through a record drought last year. Most areas around us has got rain. We are in a hole no more than 40 miles in diameter that keeps eithe missing it or just getting a few tenths. Our time is coming soon. Our average is 16 inches. Last year we ended up with around 8. And most of that came from August through October. So far this year we've had around 4 inches total. And an inch and a hald since mid April. Jay
