4 1/2" rain with high winds, last Friday and another 2 1/2" last night. Over the weekend I tried to enter the garden and sunk up too my ankles. Sure wish i could get some sun!

Was mid90s/80ish and dry for weeks, the last week or so has been rainy, and now we're supposed to have a few days of 80/60. I welcome the cool break.

We had gotten a little dry after all the rain of spring and early summer but it has rained a bit the last couple of days. Tomorrow is supposed to be a HIGH of 72F. That is just crazy for here in July, but I like it just fine. Much better than the usual of more like 92.

Its been hot and dry here for a long time, we had ALOT of rain in early spring, which is not "normal". the normal monsoon season weve had only a few hit a miss storms. Kinda strange. And out of four summers here, I think this is by far the hottest, seems like it to me anyway.....of course last winter was ALOT cooler to, so who knows....

Well, let's put it this way. It's currently 11:16am, and it's already 26C. The high today is 34. The high tomorrow is 36. We're supposed to get rain on Friday (I won't hold my breath for that....) but the high is still 30C.
Yep, I've just about had enough of that. But the tomatoes and peppers seem to really be getting a kick out of it.
What we need is a huge storm that's going to cool it right down for a few days.

It is finally raining here! Not sure how many weeks it's been since it last rained, but everything except for gardens is brown here. yuck. We all ran to the back porch when it began and have been watching it come down. It is also quite windy; what a great change from the past few weeks.

Sunny warm and humid here today. They are speaking of chances of rain for the rest of the week.
Been a rainy, cool July for us here. That doesn't happen that often.

it's been in the 90's here for several days now, 15 plus degrees above normal, with intermittent thunderstorms, keeping the gardens nice and green. i see Portland and Seattle are breaking heat records!
