Michael, if you have the flu now, do you really need to be innoculated this yr? You should have some immunity to it. I am glad to hear you are feeling a bit better.
Our local county fair is this week. They say they will have "more pigs than ever before". This makes no sense to me since this strain has been called a pandemic. Pigs can catch the flu from humans and then it spreads through the herd. No one but me is touching my pigs these days. I can't take the chance they may catch the flu. It would kill them.

Actually-I was wondering about that point, if or not to have the vacination once you have already had the flu, I must take advice on that point with my doctor- strangely enough we are all banned from going to the doctors at the moment in case we give the swine flu to them, everything has to be done by telephone, it's a bit of a problem I can tell you

Probably the vaccine contains several strains of the flu. You might still have to get it. Yikes! lol
