I have started another huge herb garden again since moving down south. I have always grew three of the herbs for this tea and Slippery Elm. I order from Herbal Healer Academy. This tea is a old native american or canadian indian recipe. It is good for many ailments. And it dosn't taste bad either. The other herbs in it are Burdock Root, Sheep Sorrel, Turkey Rhubarb. I do know it is helping with my ailments for sure. You can read up on it on the web.I also like a good herbal tea. My fovorite is rosehip, spearmint, stevia, chamomile. Puts me out like a little baby with a full tummy.

Another herb I use to sleep is Melatonin. I use it every so often instead of the tea. Just so's I won't get immune to the tea. It is good to not rely on just one herb too much all the time.

rosemountainherbs has some interesting herbal teas. I am hoping to experiment a lot this summer with different plants for tea. I'm pretty excited. Melatonin is a plant?
