Believe it or not rattlesnake really is prett darn good and ya get all kinds of cool leftover from it, like skin and the tail! I got a tail inside one of my acoustic guitars from one my grandpa killed that had bitten and killed his norwegian elkhound.

I have never eaten rattlesnake but i have eaten eel from the mississippi river and it was VERY GOOD. It was a sweet meat but dark meat but better than beef.
