Valerian does opposite of what it is supposed to with me. I have skullcap growing in the garden. Have not tried it yet.
I wanted to grow flanders poppy this year. Horizon Herbs claim it is non-addictive. Did not get around to that.
Can't get kava in Canada anymore, that sucks. Some people use melatonin with reasonable results.
For muscle aches and pains, I have the best results with coral calcium.
