I grew pink blush last year, and both pods and flowers were very pretty I was unable to try any young pods, but the peas seeds were sweet and tasty. I hope at some point I'll be able to try Rebsie's red podded peas, she has other's that she is working on. All the young colored pods look great very lightly steamed or stir fried and added to salads. Pink Blush is tasty raw, but like most colored pods they tend to loose the coloration once cooked. They look awesome! Where did you get the seeds? I'm growing peas for the first time this year and am thrilled with them. I also have Parsley Pea and it really looks freaky ;D This pink one will probably be even more ornamental since it is so nice in it's young stage...

I originally got my Pink Blush from Dan(grunt) perhaps that is who you got yours from, King Tut is much more purple and the pods get tough quickly. If I remember right pink blush is a type of snap pea, while King Tut is pretty much a shelling pea. George W.

I believe it's got very little foliage, so it's easy for machine harvesting. I do have some seeds, but I haven't grown it out.

The tendrils look like parsley leaves and you can eat them. It really looks nice. Here is a pic from the Plants of Distinction catalog:

These were commercial seed. Okay you are making me look it up darn you I *might* have been adaptive seeds. Can't find the package now ??

If the Crown Pea is the same as my Salmon-Flowered Pea - I think it is but I'm not certain - then I've got seed if you want some.
