Radish pods are one of my favorites. Delicious and very much like spicy green peas. I have grown fodder daikon types for the pods, however there is a type that Adaptive Seeds offers that I have a few seeds of and would like to grow next year. I have seen the pods and they are very long, about twice as long as a regular radish pod. Also, reported to be longer than rat tail: www.adaptiveseeds.com/node/123 . Here is an idea. Not only do radish and pea stimulate each other, they fit well together in food. I want to try in the future growing flowering pod-type radish and as they begin to bolt plant bush peas next to them as a trellis. BTW - certain Fireweed's also make a nice biological trellis for bush peas.
