Hello ! My name is Gérard, I'm 60 years old (september) and I live in the center-east in France (zone 7) with my wife "Danie". Thank you to the member who makes me discover this site. Last year was the year of traditionnal tomatoes for me .... this one I'll add peppers (mainly sweet peppers), melons and other ones like parnips, white and purple carrots , etc ... and naturally more "classic" (?) vegetables". My english is "basic" and it takes a long time for me to read all the topics, but I'll try. You can correct me if my language is not right. Gérard

Bonjour, Gerald, and welcome to our group. I hope that we will hear from you often about yourself and your gardens. I think that your French is much better than my English but tomato language is international. Cheers, Val aka grungy

Welcome Gerard. Looking forward to hearing about french vegetable varieties. Don't know much about them except what I see on the Food network .

Je suis heureux que vous nous ayez rejoints, Gerard! Mon français est très pauvre et c'est de la mesure de cela. C'est une bonne chose que vous faites si bien avec l'anglais!
My accent is also atrocious! ;D
