I am very happy to see the seeds on an online store, now I can get more people to try them I was thinking about getting one of each kind, $135 would be the total, I don't have that much right now...

Thanks for mentioning my site.. Newworldcrops.com The actual name of the on line catalog is New World Seeds & Tubers.
I am busy putting more TPS (true potato seed) up with some cool descriptions and I am going to start describing tomatoes and sending them to my partner..the webmaster...for uploading the names along with the paypal buttons and built in limits on seed packets for each one.
I talked with Rob about the need to stress the issue of Open Source Seeds, that these are never to be patented, registered, or sold to seed companies.
It is about time that I put all these years of research into play for others to work with them. Seed of many lines are limited and it is a first come-first served activity.
New world crops will be the specialty...potatoes, tomatoes, corn, squash, but I will have some grains soon.
Back to work

About time!! My order will follow soon, do you have a bi-color potato?

I am going to post TPS of my tuber line I called Red White and Blue. It was a reddish tuber with blue and white flesh. As many of my TPS go, the mother tuber is no longer extant.
Huagalina is a land race from the Andes that has skin of yellow and red splashed, or rather, red spectacles with yellow flesh. It is available as tubers or as TPS.
Flesh colors of two colors such as red and yellow, blue and yellow, blue and white, red and white are common in my material
Internal colors can be star patterns, circles or swirls. The Smiley Blue is a potato I no longer have but I could consistently cut open a tuber and find a smiley face inside....white flesh with blue markings in a ring that was broken up to show the eyes and smiling mouth. I am hoping it shows up again in the selfed progeny.
Owl Eyes is another potato I no longer have. It had prominent faces like an Owl.
Had commercial potato growers had any interest in bi-colors....I would have had all kinds in commercial production....
Leona is an old land race potato from the Andes that I have TPS several generations of breeding with other land races. I have seed for that but not listed yet. One of the objectives of my website is to ascertain interest and provide a venue to find acceptable clones and/or TPS for that trait of interest.

Tom, the site looks great. Best of luck to you and Rob with New World Crops. Are you going to re-offer seeds for some of your older varietes, like Green Zebra? Other seed companies are making money off them. You should too. You put in all the hard work. You deserve it.

I will offer my Green Zebra tomato seed of course...I wonder if anyone really wants the seed that I have had in my possession ...single seed descent for the last 38 years? I think they have a name for that...Breeder's Seed?
Do folks want F-41 Green Zebra, F- 7 Green Zebra, I have all levels of filial descent.
Eventually, I will have test gardens where I will invite the public to taste all of the different Green Zebras I have created. I will never find the perfect Green Zebra.

Well Tom, its about time you get credit for your work and make some money for yourself, just think what would happen to it all if you pass away. So its good to know that some of it will see the light of day in someones garden. I would love to have the space to add everything you had to offer, but I will just have to start small with the money I have and go from there. Can't wait to see what will be added next, I know my Grand daughters will be very happy as the love colorful vegetables, A rainbow Melon anyone? George W.
