Could someone post a picture of a Gopher? I'm not sure what you are talking about.

vimeo.com/105657593In which an ugly carrot receives a motivational speech. Difficult to get that gopher photo. I'll work on it. (is it okay if it's missing the head?)

Glad that carrot had a thick skin!
Some folks will feel that is the best way to see a gopher . . .

And I have to give credit where credit is due. The following and preceding photos where courtesy of Sonja Shadow of the Russian Kitten Mob. She's a real moll.

And of course, Sonja likes to play with her food, so Icky Grey Kitty had to supervise so that said gophette did not get away. This is a SMALL one.

No, no no...this is not Punxsutawney Phil. He's only right 39% of the time.
If the cats are taking gophers, it's spring.
In town today I saw women in shorts! I'm sorry Philagardener...you need to get on a plane, or a train and go somewhere warm. I think you have cabin fever.
It was 41 last night and 71 F this afternoon. I have to water everything! Please send me several truckloads of snow. I'll just topdress with it.

You mean the local moggies just sit and watch the mice? They obviously don't understand their role in society!

Oh no, she ate it later. But it's so fun to play with your food.
