It seems the only high-fat meat comes from domesticated animals; the only high-fat humans are also not feral; could there be a connection? They both eat grains.

The quack said I had high blood pressure and wasn't getting enough protein. So I began to eat meat and take medicine, the pounds zoomed on. I blame it on the vile voles. They make me hypertensive. Whenever my blood pressure starts getting high, I fast for 2-3 days (water and sugar-free soda only). Drops my blood pressure 30-40 points. I speculate that my body is looking for something to eat so it cleans up the plaque. Once a year seems about right for my current lifestyle. As long as possible I'm going to maintain my addiction to energy drinks... It's getting harder all the time to justify the expense. You might want to stay away from that sugar free soda. That stuff is deadly.

You might want to stay away from that sugar free soda. That stuff is deadly. Wanting and doing are two separate things. Besides, what would y'all think of me if I never admitted to any vices?

The fattest I've ever been was a period in which my diet included a high percentage of fermented grain products. Every time I go bush for work, (our trips are all alcohol free) I lose 5-6 pounds. Those fermented vine fruit products are troublesome as well ;D T
