I don't deny the 28-day cycle, just any significant synchronization to the moon directly, as opposed to synchronization based on hormonal influences in living groups, for example.

Every 4 weeks is a 28 day cycle... class room lessons use it! That's how long it takes for a "crazed and raving mom" session to wear off from my kids. Every 28 days I get "a night off". I mark it all with my weekly hair washing.... LOLOLOL

I use Brian Keats biodynamic calendar for no other reason than because it's a useful guide to activities. I have no idea whether plantings on one day fare any better than those on another. I'm not particularly interested in that aspect of it. I like it because it provides a useful framework. I'm not wedded to it though. If the weather's right and the seeds are there I plant regardless of what the calendar says.
