Thanks Ray. I'm all for covering the ground and have been working to sow ground covers in situ for the following year. 2012 nothing sprouted, nothing grew but I did fall sow some cover crops so we'll see how they do. It's going down to -40C with the wind chill tonight but we have snow cover. It's a proving year for plants!
