I love Amaranth (Leaf Vegetable). It is a very traditional leafy veg in East Africa, I'm sure all sorts of goodness in it. Some are extremely drought resistant when compared to the introduced Kale which performs extremely poorly without irrigation.

Also known as 'rowan57'.

Growing on Fen Peat, next to no pests, one or two key diseases.
