-10C in QLD that is cold! I tend to plant warmer climate fruits recently because it was soaring hot, hopefully they survive the winter. You could always protect the tree in winter if you have time.

I now have eight varieties of pomegranates on the farm, with more to plant out. None have fruited; two have bloomed; will I be pissed if I never get any fruit? Yeah... It's not the first idea I've had that didn't pan out, prolly won't be the last. If I never have a more expensive failure, I'll be damned lucky.
