Wizardica. Lovely looking country & garden. I just got back from a holiday on the Croatian coast. Rabac in Istria. Interesting mix of Mediterranean & Alpine flora. Figs, vines & olives growing well on south facing slopes. Honey, herbs, cloudberries & hazelnuts all being sold at a market for local producers. I see in one photo some tree spinach (Chenapodium gigantea). I am growing this for the first time, the plants are bigger than me now so I have take my first picking of the magenta coloured shoots. But not sure what to do with the stuff. Can you really just use it like spinach? I will probably just cook it up with some onions, Indian style. Any recipe suggestions would be welcome.

AlRabac Istria is a wonderful place, a mix of Mediterranean plants, exudes the air smells fantasy ..in my garden has figs, rosemary, lavender, immortelle. A third spinach, there are lots of recipes if you include the imagination. My main pie with cheese and spinach tree, as a salad, but be careful, who has arthritis, as I have, you need to boil and throw water, do not eat fresh spinach cooked ... with baked eggs with pasta with minced meat pie and spinach .. I hope I helped and that I correctly wrote

I have a lot of spare seed since I gave up my allotments, would it be of use if you lost a lot this summer?

I have a lot of spare seed since I gave up my allotments, would it be of use if you lost a lot this summer? I will be happy .. very very .... constant rains, floods, all destroyed, not just me, the whole Croatian hurt. I'm afraid that my country this year hard to feed their own people crops that does not have. I'm sorry if I write wrong grammar, I do not know everything.

Are there special rules for getting any of those to you? Is it best to wait for the Christmas Rush? PM me your address, in case I've lost it.
