I saw those listings awhile back and am also skeptical. I even considered making a purchase just to find out but decided against it.

Yes. There was a good yield. None of the flowering plants had tubers, only the plants without flowers had tubers. I will post a picture soon.
Unfortunately there were no seeds to harvest.
