They should send you a user name password....thingy.
We are still a few folks short of the 12 we wanted to run the election. Don't be shy, tell me you want to run. Please.

Things are still busted for us Canadians. I got this message the first time around. Got the email too but after that, nothing.

Being techno-phobic and -illiterate, I think that's pretty impressive, though clearly not useful.

Mike, I wrote to Sylvia, she's looking into it. I think the big problem is that our website admin got a better offer and left. Then we scrambled for another one. In the meantime, we're still trying to get enough volunteer board members to have an election. I know we are getting close. I've been trying to get folks from the Southwest and Northwest to get aboard. Thanks for letting me know problems. Anyone else? give me a holler.

Mike Did you receive the email saying their account is activated? Then you need to go to the website and choose a user name—this can be anything, first name or something made up—and a password and then log in. Once they have logged in they'll have access to the page telling them how to request seed. Let me know how this goes. Thanks, Holly

Thanks, Holly I tried again with a different name and email and so far there's no change. I got the same graphic displayed at the website and the same email: If someone needs to approve the application, it would seem that they don't know there's a pending application.

I received the same email after creating an account and thought perhaps it was pending my check that's in the mail?

Revitalizing an old thread!
I'm interested in joining the network, but being Canadian, can't send a US cheque drawn on US funds. Will you guys be instituting paypal in the future?

Kelly, there will be changes in the future. Paypal? I don't know yet. We're waiting for the board to be elected who will make those decisions.

Well done Patrick. If the corporations can go global, then so can the seedsavers although as the 10 year Kokopelli France struggle demonstrates corporate governments don't want grass roots seedsavers.

I had received the same email back in March, with no followup email since then.

Just guessing here, but maybe nothing further will happen until the membership payment has been received.
Any chance the wheels will get rolling soon? There doesn't seem to be much progress.
