The New Zealand variety is one of the earlier flowering varieties and the best seed producer of the heirlooms. Are you starting them as early as possible? Even the earliest need about six months before flowering and I don't think it is photoperiod, or at least not entirely. They have a clock set for flowering.

This is a bit of a late posting, but better late than never, I guess? I have pictures to go with this data, but it is on a SD card that I can't access at the moment. I hope you don't hate me for taking pictures of what I wrote down. I will transcribe it at a later date. This is my original list of what I received. I see I made a note about vigorous growth. I thought that spelling looked off... I noted a couple are not storing well. Moldy and/or squishy. There is the one I noted before though, in the bracket combined with another. Those two I could not tell apart, but the majority of tubers came off of one plant. Last page. One unknown type of Mashua which resembles blanca, but fades to yellow at the ends. I noted one had good tuber formation. If I remember correctly, the tubers had a uniform size and were a good size, as well as a pleasing shape to boot.
