Dolloff carries a trait for reduced oligosaccharide production. It causes less flatulence when eaten. A bush bean with that trait would be a nice find. Is there a list somewhere of other beans that are similar? When I googled for reduced oligosaccharide beans, I just got cooking instructions, but no names of beans.

I do not know of such a list. The reason I know that Dolloff is low in oligosaccharides is because I have eaten them and noticed how much less gas they cause. I have seen one other bean that may also be low but have not verified. It is 1500 Year Old Cave Bean.
