I love fenugreek. The seed lives forever (I've started it from stuff that's been sitting on my kitchen spice rack for 15 years and got good germ), and it grows like a weed in the cool, wet months. We use it in yogurt soups and other Persian-inspired dishes. Where did you get the madder, 12540dumont? Did you start it from seed or plant division?
