I have electric heat so each room is a different temperature. The place I keep my squash is about 60 F, and I have had them keep until the next summer.
so far from my experience with the kabochas and the buttercups those won't last that long. even if the outside is perfect the inside evetually will start rotting.
the baby blue hubbards have a thicker skin and more of a dry space inside so i'm not sure how that will work out better, but it is highly unlikely we'd have squash in storage past the month of January. mainly because no matter how many we grow we usually manage to eat them, process them or give them away.
