I have been trying for several weeks but so far, have not been able to find any grow-out participants for my corn project.
I am looking for someone who has the ability to isolate it from all other corn, and who lives in a place where early May is not too late to plant corn. A large space is not necessary, as the seed is parceled into small amounts.
There are three strains that need to be grown out: a sweet corn which is currently designated CDxA-06-003(a) and two flint varieties. The project involved crossing flint with sweet corn.
If you are interested and able to grow the crop, please contact me and I can send you the seed.

Jeffery, when you eventually leave the nest, you will learn that when you continually voice prejudiced opinions, and give constant credence to un-well-thought-out arguments, folks will avoid you. If you can't develop a social filter of some sort, you may well be growing a lot of corn all by yourself. It's a personal decision, of course, but I sure hope you don't make it until you do go out on your own. It's fine to hold your opinions, and it's important that you base them on more than a radio show or internet site. It is especially important to learn that most people will walk away from pedantic discourse that doesn't mesh with their own beliefs, no matter how intelligent the person expounding it.
Good luck on your corn project.

I might be able to do this corn thing. Give me some more details. How much corn has to be grown? etc.
