And have a couple of cold ones while resting what's left of your back! ;D
I wish you many many many little baby peppers and maters...

Ahh.. you guys are so sweet.. Even you Michel....
Can't say it was that great of a birthday though..
I had a tornado hit here saturday and wiped out pretty much all of my plants, but other than that the house is still intact... and it was alot of fun running around in 80 mph winds trying to salvage my flats of plants off of the deck. (ever try to hold a flat of plants out of a car window while driving 70+ mph?)
I just now got the power back on.. and got back on the internet.. so i guess i'm all back to normal now. Just got a couple tons of trees that need chainsawing now.. looks like my garden is gonna have to take a backseat this year.

I'm so sorry to hear about that. I don't know where you live, but I'm guessing it is too late to try to start again for the year? Things like this really illustrate the need to have our own seed bank-never know when something is going to wipe out a whole years efforts. Wish there was something we could do to help.

Oh Dave, so sorry to hear this. If you need replacement seed for next year, and we have it, it's yours. Cheers, Val and Dan (grungy and grunt)

Thanks again for the birthday wishes you guys..
It was a pretty good birthday anyways.. my youngest daughter came over and we went out to a local park here and had a barbeque with all her friends. Had plenty of beer there too Michel.. and i just drank it all while watching the youngsters playing volleyball. Can't get any better than that. Course it would of been more fun if i wasn't so old and decrepid.. but it was a good birthday after all.
And hey.. my oldest is coming over saturday to take me out for fathers day.. Yippie... two visits from my kids in one week.
Then i can get back to the drugery of planting and fighting off the mosquitoes next week. Man you'd think with all that wind it would've blown the buggers away. Now it seems they're worse than ever. Squirrels mostly dissappeared though.. at least that's one good thing. And now i got less shade in my garden. So, it can't be all bad.
