Welcome, Tennessee Girl!
Are you especially interested in growing anything in particular? Some folks here are particularly interested in native species, some are heirloom only, and some of us are most interested in what will grow best in our gardens or on our farms, despite our adverse conditions. Of course, there are a million reasons to grow what we do, and I just named 3, so you may be in a totally different mindset.
We're glad to have you here, and I encourage you to jump in wherever you'd like!

Tennessee Girl: Welcome to the gardening/farming forum with probably the best, most informed and diversified collection of seed junkies to be found anywhere. We'll hit you up for any regional seeds (or others) that you might have, and inundate you with what ever you don't have. Good friendly people here that only occasionally do a little good natured sniping at each other, and almost always tongue in cheek. Genuine grumpiness is just considered "bad form", as one of our members would put it. And things will definitely pick up around here when the crops are a bit closer to in the bin. Cheers Dan & Val (Grunt & Grungy)
