Man what a rough night i had and boy the wife copped it a beauty as well......i think i ate to much Yacon yesterday ,anyone else had Yacon caused them to wear tracks to and from the dunny as well

Not with yacon, but I have had the same from Jerusalem artichokes. Some people have worse problems with inulin digestion than others and have to start with small portions. After a while, the problem goes away.

it gives me wind occasionally, but never had that problem...

Ahh, the glories of food. I went to an event where they served sprouted grains, a bean salad, and sunchokes on a skewer. Oh my poor stomach. No more vegetarian meetings for me. That stuff will kill you! ;D Richard...they use Yacon syrup for the constipated....check out this article. First case of anaphylaxis after eating yacon.
