I received a seed trade from Spain and it added poor man's spinach (espinaca de los pobres). A google search didn't yield much info.

Chard or beet greens (basically the same thing) most likely, although it could be a chenopodium of some sort as well. The appearance of the seeds should sort that out.

The seeds are very different than like a tetragonia or a chenopod. They are flat with a paper thin shell. Looks more like a flower than a vegetable.

For comparison: I got seeds labeled as orach in a gardenweb trade. These are the seeds they produced.
