I order some seeds from him this year and on some of his variety i have had low germination rates. My Green Striped Cashew was the worst as i had only 2 out of 15 seed to germinate.Tommytoe tomato had a low germination rate too and the Moon and Star watermelons gave me only 50% germinate rates. The rest of his seeds were ok. I have email him about these problems but i have not heard from him yet.
