LOL, that's not a strawberry tomato cross, for one it's not possible, for two it's just a tomato that has either cracked or not developed a skin to encase the gel and seeds. I see it happen all the time in the greenhouse.
A nice practical joke to pull on folks though.

Ah, Michel, I knew, but I thought that I would let you spin your own web and then hang you with your own rope. Just because I go along with something, doesn't alway mean I believe it. But thanks for fessing up. I still think you need a packet of mother-in-law seeds. Cheers, Val / grungy

;D Keep the seeds grungy, I am trying to get YOU in trouble, not myself! It is so good to have people with a great sense of humour!! But while we are only the most regulars here, and experienced, I miss a couple of folks whom I would have loved to catch!! Think of it: with all that genetic manipulation, salmons with veggies DNA and all, or the opposite, the backdrop for a joke like that is perfect, the key word was ''bees'', and if you happen just to fly over it, it does not seems impossible at all, your brain already preprogrammed not to be surprised anymore.

I didn't mean to kill your joke buddy! I'm sorry, we will wait a few months and repost during the busy messageboard fall season and see who bites!
