First round of major harvesting!

New Potatoes, Potatoes, Potatoes.

Dug five bushels worth of all blue, red pontiac, and yukon gold today, had some at the family reunion over the weekend, all were delicious, but believe it or not, "all blue" was the standout in my family, and not just for color, but indeed for taste!


Will be growing it every year now!

These 'taters are earmarked for the CSA customers, the co-op, and Saturdays farmers market.

Broccoli and cabbage are coming along now too!

I'll be taking some pics tomarrow to upload along with pics from our family reunion in the lovely and historic Greensburg KY.

Alan, I would like to buy some, are you heading this way Friday to the co-op?

I'm sorry I missed you message before I headed that way Karen, I guess that's what I get for being in a hurry. I should be back to the co-op late next week and will bring you a mess of potatoes then. I got a really good price for everything and they bought me out for the rest of the week so I don't have to go to market tomarrow!

I'll let you know when I'm heading that way next week friend!
