Yacon : harvest of the last year.(only two tubers given by a friend of mine )
Very impressive harvest. I had double digged the soil for the first time in 2007.
And this year
About the ocas, I harvested only some regular-sized tubers and the others big as a nail. I had to progress a lot and read all that Frank wrote about it. ( I got them from "La ferme de Sainte Marthe")
I don't know Ullocos and I'll may have a try next year if I found some tubers. It's too late now, I suppose.
