Ok, so now I'm caught up with a lot of vegetable diversity, enough so to work with for probably the majority of the rest of my life (a little more will never hurt), and I've got a good start on the fruit, but there is one area left to cover, and an important one at that; Grain.
Basically I am looking for multiple accessions of wheat, hulless Oats, Rice, Barley, Amaranth, and quinoa.
Will have plenty to trad this fall!

Thanks

I have a bit of grains, but all in small quantities, and I am trying out a rice variety, an upland variety to be more precise. I placed it outside, which is quite 'impossible' over here. The ground should remain wet, so I mulched heavily around it. It seems to be behaving very well, growing fast and vigourous, harvest should be around the end of september. Oh, the varieties name is Duborskian, originally created in the republic of Oecraine (is that the right spelling in English?), but was sent to me from the US
