Went down to Louisville and took my NCLEX boards on 7/17. I got the results this morning via the in.gov website and I'm officially licensed. Being done with the test is a load off my mind; now having patients is a new load on my mind!!
I took my first two patients at the hospital tonight.

Congratulations, I am glad for you. It takes a special kind of person for that kind of work, I HAVE LOTS OF ADMIRATION for you and all the people that have in their soul the dedication needed to do that job.
Good luck...

To celebrate, you should give out free coupons for sponge baths. Me first!
Just kidding ... congratulations and thank goodness for dedicated nurses.

Thanks everyone. To celebrate I've been given several patients to take care of each the the last two nights. Lastnight one had to be transferred and one went to surgery unexpectedly. Nothing like jumping right in with both feet!
