Anyone here with experience growing? And eating, if I can ever get them to grow?? My Quadrato's are up, as are my Hinklehatz..But not a Red Cheese in sight?? Sloooooooooooooooowww is not the word.. Planted at the same time; same starter mix. Actually, they are in cells between the other two peppers.. Kept under a dome and just about the baseboard heater until the other two needed to escape from the dome cover. It's be about 10 days? Am I expecting them too soon?? I've never been so anxious about a pepper in my life? I can't wait to try 'cheese' with peppers in it.. If I get them to grow, I will be asking for recipes, you can bet on it. ;D

Never mind. I answered my own question! I cut the cococells with the red cheese seeds away from the other seedlings, wrapped them in a plastic bag and put them on top of the fridge. Came home tonight to find the first one has sprung. Joan, if you're reading this, yes, by all means, put the dome on the tray and give it extra warmth.
