Could I start off with just the Worm Basics handbook? What would it take to get just that?

Say Alan, I've been poking around here to find some basic info on getting started. I would have gotten into this much sooner, but I kept running into conflicting information on the web. One source will say you just need to feed kitchen scraps, leaves, etc., another will say you must compost all this before the worms can use it. I realize there are different needs for different worms, but does one of these threads have something like your handbook has in it?

Sorry I missed this post untill now. I am working on a new article right now about vermiculture, and trust me there is really a ton of misinformation and conflicting information out there. When I first started I had no clue which way was up because of all the crap I read on the net. What I did learn is that worms are much more resillent than a lot of people think they are and they are not that picky at all.
Will try to get the new paper finished up and posted in the Hip-Gnosis section and on the blog site sometime this week, I'll updated you when it goes up. Untill then if you have any pressing questions that you need answered immediately feel free to send me a pm.
