We have a small orchard of apple, peach, plum and pear trees. For the last 2 years, although they bloom profusely in the Spring, a late and hard frost has killed every single blossom. Not one fruit matured. For 2 years running! It's so disappointing but I'm sure everyone who has fruit trees has experienced it.
Maybe we'll get lucky this year and at least get enough for a few pies!! (fingers crossed)

Elizabeth, I have a couple of questions for you. It is sometimes possible to delay the end of dormancy period a bit. Where are you?
Why don't you reaarrange your profile as I ask in the thread about it ( in general garden banter), it could help.
