Roses for Guam area

I have a request from a woman on the island of Yap in the Guam region of islands for a mail order source for roses. She mentioned that they be vacuum sealed. I don't know if that is a condition for import to the island there, or not.

Would any one on this forum have a clue where to find such a nursery? Where in this world?

I did a google search for Hawaii, but I came up empty. Hawaii was suggested as a possible source by someone in Saipan.

I wondered if Australia might also be a good source?
