i m Dan,origin french ,living since 6 years in Alepo in the north of Syria
im in arabic house with garden inside in the old town and i have 2000 meter outside the town...
i hope to leave the town next year and live in a farm...
in Alepo the weather is hot in summer ,three moths 40 degrees.....
in winter we have two or 3 months between 5 and 10 ....
the ground is argil and the most problem here is the water....
no much rain....
excuse my bad english...............i forget.............im old man

	zone 6b, rocky clay, slightly acidic soil, summers here are HOT, average first frost Oct 18, last average frost April 15. Temps here fluctuate wildly in the spring, fall and winter.
