Gen - I hear ya. When I started getting creative with my gardening techniques, I kept stumbling across this term 'permaculture' and ignoring it because it seemed to have a lot to do with courses, certification and the like but the more I designed and tried what I thought about gardening differently, the more I realized that I WAS practising permaculture.
P.S. I have to write you about the 'weeds are good for my garden' lady: Manns. I will as soon as I have a minute. She was fun too.

WOW what luckys! I have a book or two by Coleman and admire him totally. That new one looks great!
