I am not much of a corn grower but I have some seed I want to save to plant in 2010 or maybe even 2011. What's the best way to store corn for using as seed?

Cool storage in a paper bag in sealed container with a little desiccant (optional). Probably in your climate in the fridge.

Once they are very dry I would not even hesitate to freeze them.
